MANAGE Invites Nominations for National Young Professional Development Program 2026

Hyderabad:
The National Institute of Agricultural Extension Management (MANAGE), Hyderabad, has invited nominations for the National Young Professional Development Program (NYPDP) 2026, aimed at strengthening competencies, career opportunities, and research priorities in Agricultural Extension and Advisory Services.

The five-day national-level program will be conducted from March 16 to 20, 2026, at the MANAGE campus in Hyderabad. The program is being organized under the MANAGE–University Alliance for Advancing Agricultural Extension and Advisory Services (CAEIRA).

Eligibility

The NYPDP is open to:

• MSc students and PhD scholars in Agricultural Extension, Dairy Extension, Veterinary Extension, and Extension & Communication Management.
• Young faculty members from State Agricultural Universities (SAUs), Central Agricultural Universities (CAUs), Deemed Universities, colleges, and Subject Matter Specialists (SMSs) of Krishi Vigyan Kendras (KVKs) with less than five years of experience.

Program Benefits

Selected participants will receive:

• Advanced exposure to emerging competencies in agricultural extension
• Insights into career pathways and research priorities
• Interaction with national-level experts and professionals

MANAGE will provide training, training materials, and accommodation for all selected participants.
